Theta Foundation Celebrates 50 Sweet Years!
Since 1960, Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation has been linking Thetas next door and around the globe to turn dreams into realities.
Born of the vision of the Foundation’s first president, Evelyn Widman Tunnicliffe (Eta/Michigan), to help Thetas reach their fullest potential, the sweet heart of Theta shines each year through the scholarships and grants awarded by Theta Foundation and made possible by generous Theta donors.
With more than 180,000 living members, Theta is a tremendous family united in the high ideals of scholarship, service, and sisterhood. The work of Theta Foundation is a source of pride for Theta, a lasting promise to the betterment of ourselves and our communities. Through the Foundation, the generous gifts of Theta sisterhood, both big and small, have given flight to Theta dreams of scholarship and service. Over 50 years, it is no exaggeration that Foundation gifts together with unparalleled Theta ambition have changed the world.
Theta Foundation is proud to celebrate a half a century. And, we’re even happier to feel 50 years young as we look forward to continuing to prove that Theta love is as timeless as it is sweet.
