The Foundation is guided by a volunteer alumnae Board of Trustees composed of the Foundation President, Vice-President, Secretary, six additional appointed Board members, and the Fraternity President and the Fraternity Vice-President Alumnae.

Meet the Staff

	Executive Director Jennifer Pendleton, Delta Sigma/Ball State JPendleton@kappaalphatheta.org Ext 108 Chief staff officer of the Foundation. Works directly with the Foundation President and Board of Trustees. Directs all aspects of the Foundation's day to day operations and staff.
	Director of Development Kristen Magnes, Alpha/DePauw KMagnes@kappaalphatheta.org Ext 148 Manages the Foundation's annual fund program, including direct mail and telemarketing. Oversees Foundation's public relations and marketing efforts and coordinates special events.
	Manager of Programs and Administration Cindy Thoennes, Alpha Chi/Purdue CThoennes@kappaalphatheta.org Ext 119 Coordinates the Foundation's grant, scholarship, and Friendship Fund programs and oversees the LeaderShape partnership. Serves as liaison to Theta philanthropies such as CASA.

	Acknowledgement Coordinator Phyllis Barnaby PBarnaby@kappaalphatheta.org Ext 121 Coordinates all aspects of Foundation gift entry and donor acknowledgement and recognition.
