Meredith comes to us with her MBA from ASU, and a background in marketing and communication at several large organizations. She is a Theta from the Eta Iota/University of San Diego chapter. We are happy to have her on board as a member of our ever-growing and evolving staff!

Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation welcomes applications for the position of Manager of Communication.  The position:

Oversees and executes all internal and external communications and events.
Plans, develops, authors, designs, executes, and evaluates printed and electronic pieces to best achieve organizational mission and development/strategic goals.
Oversees Theta Foundation’s brand identity and web and social media presences.
Works closely with Executive Director, staff, Board, donors, and program recipients.
A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one to two years’ experience are required. The position is based at Theta Foundation offices in Indianapolis, Ind.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, high self-motivation and organizational skills, and strong computer skills. Experience with communications and strategic planning is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and HTML are preferred.
