"With every chapter visited and problem solved, ELCs help members and chapters thrive. This wouldn't be possible without Foundation support."

On her experience as a Theta Educational Leadership Consultant

"Each year the Foundation invests significantly in the Educational Leadership Consultant (ELC) program. The benefit of this investment is the true impact ELCs have on our college women.

While many members don’t realize it, the ELC program has positively influenced their individual Theta journey.  ELCs have proven to be Fraternity experts and professional role models for collegians. ELCs are that tangible link between chapters and the international organization. We are connectors, making written policies and resources applicable in the here and now.

Chapters once struggling to succeed at recruitment, to retain members, to select leaders, to hold members accountable, to get along, or to be financially solvent all benefit from ELC support. New Theta chapters are brought to life by ELCs, beginning with nothing and ending with fully established, thriving chapters.  None of this would happen without the support of the Foundation.

I continue to give back to the Foundation because I know that my gifts help make Theta the best it can be. The Foundation supports programming that makes a real, positive difference."
