The Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation along with the Fraternity Public Relations and College committees are excited to announce the introduction of the Alumnae and Foundation Liaison position to our college chapter officer structure begining in 2009! This position is a re-name of the former Alumnae Relations Chairman, who will continue her role with the alumnae and integrate her expanded responsibility as the chapter’s expert and educator on the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation. This officer is a part of the college chapter Public Relations Focus Group and is connected to the Public Relations District Director on the District Team. The new officer was slated in each chapter this fall to serve for the 2009 calendar year.

The Foundation has dedicated a staff resource, Melissa Rocco, Annual Fund & Communications Coordinator, to serve as the main Foundation contact for the district team members and collegians in this new college role. Melissa will ensure these women have the necessary tools to deliver the appropriate messages and information on a regular basis.
