The Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation strengthens and empowers members through philanthropy and education.

History of Foundation:
Founded in 1960 to raise funds to support philanthropic and educational opportunities for the members of the Fraternity, the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation has become a vital source of support for members and the Fraternity at large. The Foundation's first president, Evelyn Widman Tunnicliffe, who's largely credited with the formation of the Foundation, once said the Foundation put Fraternity "ideals in to action- by helping human beings to realize their fullest potential through rehabilitation, education and involvement."
