Transfer up to $100,000 from your IRA to the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation, make your required minimum distribution and pay no income tax.

Renewed federal legislation enables you to make gifts from your IRA and exclude the amount of your gifts from gross income. This opportunity is only valid through 2009.

You must be 70½ or older.
The transfers must go directly from your IRA to the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation.
Your gifts cannot exceed $100,000 per individual.
Your gifts must be outright.

Give by December 31, 2008 to receive these benefits for 2008.
