  • Joined the Board of Trustees in 2010 following her previous two terms of ex-officio service as Fraternity Vice President Alumnae.
  • Serves on Theta Foundation’s Executive, Governance, and Investment Committees.
  • Has served Theta as Alternate NPC Delegate, Alumnae District President, Alumnae District Officer, Director of Alumnae Education, Alumnae Chapter President, Secretary, Ways and Means Chair, Vice President Programs, Meals at Home Chair, and Alumnae Panhellenic Delegate. She has been a member of the Chicago North Shore Alumnae Chapter for more than 27 years.
  • Is a member of Theta Foundation’s Presidents Circle, Tunnicliffe Tribute Society, Gerlach & Stockwell Society, and Lambert Legacy Society.
  • Is a licensed pharmacist but is currently not practicing. She shares her love of Theta with her daughter, Liz, Gamma Psi/TCU, who is a member of a the Denver Alumnae Chapter, and her fraternal love with her husband, Steve, and son, Patrick, both Sigma Alpha Epsilon members.
  • Enjoys Da’ Bears, Da’ Cubs, Da’ Hawks, and Da’ Bulls, as she is a life-long fan of these Chicago sports teams. When she is not cheering for her favorite team or volunteering, she can be found enjoying her granddaughter, playing with her Boxer puppy, or traveling with her husband.

  • Returned to the Board of Trustees in 2010 after serving as a trustee from 1990 to 1992.
  • Serves on Theta Foundation’s Executive, Audit, and Grants Committees. Served as Co-Chairman on Theta Foundation’s Give to Lead, Give to Learn Campaign Cabinet.
  • Has served Theta in several advisory roles for Omicron/USC, including Advisory Board Chairman, Alumnae Chapter President, College District President, and Facility Corporation President. She is currently a member of the Pasadena and Nashville Alumnae Chapters.
  • Is a member of Theta Foundation’s Presidents Circle, Tunnicliffe Tribute Society, Gerlach & Stockwell Society, and Lambert Legacy Society. Vicki will receive the NIC Foundation Outstanding Volunteer Award in August 2016 for her lifelong work with Kappa Alpha Theta.
  • Serves as a Los Angeles Philharmonic Board member, supporting community youth orchestra development, and was honored by the University of Southern California as a 2010 volunteer of the year.
  • Shares her love of Theta with her daughter Mary, Omicron/USC, and her commitment to the fraternal community with her husband Kerry, a member of the Sigma Chi Foundation Board.

  • Serves on Theta Foundation’s Executive, Audit, and Investment Committees.
  • Has served as a Delta Eta/Kansas State advisory board member for 22 years, serving as Advisory Board Chairman and Recruitment Advisor, and as Recruitment Reference Board Chairman (RRBC) for Manhattan, Kansas, area for more than 25 years.
  • Is a member of Theta Foundation’s Founders Society.
  • Is Partner, Audit Director, QC Director, and CPA at Pottberg, Gassman & Hoffman, Chtd CPAs. Pat has been in the profession for more than 25 years and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (KSCPA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
  • Is a member of Pilot International KS-MO District, serving as treasurer for two years; Pilot Club of Manhattan, KS for 25 years, serving as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Director, and on the Autism Workshop Core Committee for 11 years; the First United Methodist Church Manhattan, KS Foundation for 21 years, serving as Chairwoman for five years.
  • Has been married to husband Larry for 42 years and has two children: Andrea, Delta Eta/Kansas State, who has four children with her husband David; and Bryan, who has two children with his wife Julie.

  • Joined the Board of Trustees in 2012.
  • Serves on Theta Foundation’s Executive and Chapter Giving Committees.
  • Has served on Theta Foundation’s Fraternity Grant Review Committee and Individual & Chapter Grants Committee. Has also served the Fraternity through many volunteer positions, including Alumnae Chapter President, Alumnae Panhellenic Delegate, Facility Corporation Board, Permanent Alumnae Secretary, and a multitude of college chapter advisory boards. Cathie currently serves as the Facility and Ritual Advisor for Beta Xi/UCLA, and has been a member of the Orange County, CA Alumnae Chapter for more than 30 years.
  • Fundraising experience comes from her work with the Junior League of Orange County where she was past chairman of their largest signature fundraiser and led them to one of their most profitable years. Currently the Advisory Director for Friends of CASA-Orange County.
  • Is a member of Theta Foundation’s Presidents Circle, Gerlach & Stockwell Society, and Lambert Legacy Society.
  • Hails from a four-generation Greek family, has two Theta daughters, and is excited to continue to take her passion, enthusiasm, and belief in Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation to the next level. Can be found at the barn every morning riding her hunter/jumper horses and has been described as “bleeding black and gold!”

  • Served on the Housing Corporation Board for Eta/Michigan, and has been a member of the Cleveland and Phoenix Alumnae Chapters.
  • Is a member of Theta Foundation’s Presidents Circle.
  • Received the first Bettie Tipton Lindsey Founders Memorial Scholarship from Theta Foundation in 1970, and endowed a Theta Foundation Scholarship that awarded for the first time in 2016.
  • Has worked in many settings as a Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist over the course of 39 years, currently in part-time private practice.
  • Served as President of the Scottsdale, Arizona, Psychological Society and the Mahoning Valley, Ohio, Psychological Association, as well as Membership Representative to the Arizona Psychological Association Governing Council and Regional Representative to the Ohio Psychological Association Board of Trustees.
  • Served as President of the Poland, Ohio, Schools Foundation for Educational Excellence and as a Director of the Arizona Psychological Foundation.
  • Lives in Scottsdale with her husband, Rich, and Sundance, their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Gloria enjoys visiting with their daughter, son, and grandson—also Arizonans—as well as following the Arizona Cardinals and traveling.

  • Serves on Theta Foundation’s Governance and Investment Committees.
  • Served on Theta Foundation’s Chapter & Individual Grants Committee for three years and the Scholarship Committee for one year. TJ currently serves as an advisor for Epsilon Lambda/Dickinson and is a member of the NJ North Central Alumnae Chapter.
  • Is a member of Theta Foundation’s Presidents Circle.
  • Has worked as a marketing, public relations, and investor relations executive in the technology industry for nearly 20 years.
  • Served as a board member of Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ), a group with a mission to ensure women have equal opportunity and representation in senior corporate leadership. Since its founding, EWNJ has awarded more than $1.2 million in scholarship assistance to women pursuing advanced degrees.
  • Husband Jim is an organ transplant recipient, and they are enthusiastic supporters of NJ Sharing Network and Donate Life America.
  • TJ and Jim live in central New Jersey with several adorable rescue pets, including Jack, a three-legged black cat. They always welcome Theta visitors!

  • Joined the Board of Trustees in 2016.
  • Serves on Theta Foundation’s Investment Committee.
  • Currently serves as Scholarship Advisor for Zeta Mu/MIT, and previously served as an Investment Committee volunteer for Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity and as Advisory Board Chairman for Zeta Mu/MIT.
  • Has worked in the investment industry for 20 years. Aimee is currently a portfolio manager for a wealth management trust company in Boston and co-manages an investment strategy that focuses on sustainable and responsible investing. Holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and also works with the CFA Institute as a curriculum advisor.
  • Lives just north of Boston with her husband, daughter, mother, and a small zoo consisting of a dog, a cat, a rabbit, a rat, and a hamster.

  • Serves on Theta Foundation’s Chapter & Individual Grants Committee.
  • Serves as Administrative Advisor for Eta Omega/St. Louis and as Secretary for the Epsilon Iota/Westminster College Facility Corporation Board. Currently serves as Treasurer for the St. Louis Alumnae Chapter and previously served as President from 2012–2014.
  • Is a member of Theta Foundation’s Founders Society.
  • Has worked for AT&T for 33 years, currently serving as a Principal Program Manager for the Technology Development Department where she oversees the entire software development life cycle for multiple projects supporting AT&T network operations. She has served in many roles, including Regulatory, Marketing, and Technology Development. Betsy earned the Vice President Award of Excellence in 1996 and has been recognized for her volunteer efforts, receiving a Presidents Volunteer Service Award each year since 2012.
  • Has been a member of the Alumni Council for Westminster College since 2005, chairing Alumni Weekend in 2013 and the Bylaws Committee from 2010–2012. Betsy currently serves on the Alumni Achievement Awards Committee. She was awarded the Westminster College Remley Center Award in 2009 and the Westminster College Jack Marshall Loyalty Award in 2011.
  • Supports fundraising efforts for the St. Louis Voices for Children Organization, serving on the Spring Gala Committee in 2014 and 2015, among other roles. Is a member of Ladue Chapel Presbyterian Church serving in multiple committee roles. Other past volunteer roles include President of the Westminster College Parents Association Council, Scholarship Chairman of the Kirkwood School District Foundation Board, Girl Scout Leader, and President of the Board of Directors for the Cornerstone Center of Early Learning.
  • Husband Steve is a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, daughter Katherine is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity, and daughter Sarah, mother Mary Jane Schultz, and sister Margaret Beggs-Irwin are all Epsilon Iota/Westminster College Kappa Alpha Thetas.

  • Joined the Board of Trustees in 2016 after serving as Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity Vice President from 2014–2016.
  • Serves on Theta Foundation’s Scholarship Committee.
  • Served as an Educational Leadership Consultant and held numerous district officer positions.
  • Is a member of Theta Foundation’s Presidents Circle and the Lambert Legacy Society.
  • A Foundation scholarship recipient, Joan is a college professor and holds a doctoral degree in higher education leadership. Joan’s professional and research interests are interprofessional education in healthcare and clinical applications of critical care and pulmonary medicine.
  • As the mother of two Kappa Kappa Gammas and one Kappa Delta, Joan embraces the Panhellenic spirit—indeed, she is the founding president of the Southern New England Alumnae Panhellenic Chapter. She believes the fraternal experience is an unparalleled opportunity for growth and leadership for college students and one that gives back to us in ways we could have never imagined.
  • Enjoys traveling, museums, and the perfect cappuccino. Would like to see a championship or tournament game for major sports in her lifetime (Super Bowl, World Series, Olympics, Grand Slam tennis, etc.). Joan loves March Madness and is a fan of the old Big East. Go Orange!

  • Serves on Theta Foundation’s Governance and Annual Fund Committees.
  • Has served Theta as President and Co-Founder of the Westchester Alumnae Chapter. Has chaired the College Relations, Communications, Founders Day, and Membership Committees. Lisa has also served as a Fraternity Alumnae District Officer for the former District III and is a member of the Fraternity’s Sesquicentennial Committee.
  • A member of Theta Foundation’s Presidents Circle and Gerlach & Stockwell Society, Lisa has also endowed a scholarship for Theta Foundation.
  • Has served as President of the Yorktown Central School District Council of PTAs, President and founder of the Westchester Alumnae Panhellenic, and as an active volunteer with the Phillips Academy Parent Fund, as well as with My Sister’s Place, a domestic violence shelter in Westchester.
  • Lives in Westchester County, New York, with her husband, Buster, and their two children, Sydney and Jake. Is a devout card-carrying member of the Sherlock Holmes Society of London.

  • Serves as Vice President Tax for a company in the oil & gas industry in Houston.
  • Enjoys volunteering and has served in various capacities of fundraising, committee work, and board work through church and school booster clubs over the years.
  • Is the mother of five children with husband Thomas to a Theta daughter (Epsilon Zeta/Mississippi), three Pi Kappa Phi sons, and a middle-schooler. Donna and Thomas enjoy keeping up with their 11-year-old daughter and look forward to having two more college graduates in May 2017.

  • Returned to the Board of Trustees through her role as Fraternity President in 2014 after serving as a Trustee from 2010–2012.
  • Has served Kappa Alpha Theta as Fraternity Vice President, Risk Management Coordinator, Director of Risk Management, and Alumnae Chapter Treasurer and President. She is a member of the Houston NW Alumnae Chapter.
  • Is a member of Theta Foundation’s Presidents Circle.
  • Has practiced law for 23 years and currently serves as Vice President & General Counsel for Nabors Industries, the world’s leading provider of contract drilling and ancillary wellsite services, in Houston.
  • Serves on the boards of the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts and the Nabors Charitable Foundation, and is a member of the US delegation to the International Chamber of Commerce Commission on Arbitration, also serving as chair of the Corporate Counsel Subcommittee of the USCIB Arbitration Committee.
  • Resides in Spring, Texas, with her husband and two teenage sons.

  • Joined the Board of Trustees in 2016 through her role as Fraternity Vice President.
  • Served on Grand Council as Vice President Public Relations from 2008-2010 and as a Fraternity Vice President from 2012-present. She served as a Membership District Director (now RPDD), Advisory Board Chairman for Gamma Psi/TCU, as a New Member and Recruitment Advisor, and as the Mid-Cities Alumnae Chapter President.
  • Is a member of Theta Foundation’s President’s Circle.
  • Has worked as a Delta Flight Attendant for 37 years, currently as an International Purser.
  • Serves on the Board of Directors for her local CASA organization, the Children’s Haven of Cherokee County in Canton, Georgia.
  • Is the mother of two sons, Brock, a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon at Texas Tech University, and Sam, a Kappa Sigma at the University of Arkansas. Kimi’s Theta family includes her mother, Katherine, Alpha Gamma/Ohio State; sisters Kathy Carrabine and Connie Morris, both Alpha Omicron/Oklahoma; and niece Courtney, Gamma Iota/Kentucky.
  • A true Texan, Kimi now lives in the north Georgia mountains to shorten the commute to work.
